how often do bearded dragons shed and grow?

also he is missing 2 claws, will they grow back or what?
Answers:
If the claws only are missing, they should grow back but if the knuckle is gone I doubt it. Ours is missing the very end of her tail; it grew back a little, but she seems unaware.

Ours was shedding every couple of months for a while, but now its once or twice a year. She's about three years old and her favorite treat is pumpkin paste, the kind you buy for pies.
u hav 1>_> if u do none cause they gonna die
I have a 1.5 yo male bearded dragon and he sheds about once a month or so and I am not 100 percent about this but I don't think that the claws will grow back
Over the last couple of years I have raised 7 beardies and I find that the young ones Can shed any where between twice a month and once every 2-3 months it all depends on the amount they eat and grow as they grow older you will find that it will drop down to roughly about once every 6 months. If it is only the claw missing it should grow back I have had a couple that didn't grow back at all. If any of the digit is missing it won't grow back.
GOOD LUCK.

  2. if he's lighter that means that he has already shed, when his skin turns dark gray or brown he is starting the process of shedding
